UnsignedLabs is a software studio based in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, India. We decide how the data described here is used. Write to connect@unsignedlabs.in or call +91 79816 70439 with any question about it.

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email, phone number, company, the service you need and your message. Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages carry whatever you choose to include.

When you become a client. We record the details needed for the services agreement: names and designations, business and billing address, contact details, project scope, fees and the payments made.

When you browse. Google Analytics records pages viewed, the device and browser used, an approximate location and how you arrived, using cookies. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count visits and measure page speed without cookies. Our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

• To reply to your enquiry, understand what you need and prepare a plan and quote.
• To deliver, support and invoice the work agreed with clients, and to keep accounting records.
• To understand which pages are useful and make the website faster and clearer.
• To protect the website and the contact form from abuse and spam.

We use enquiry data because you give it to us to get a reply, and client data because we need it to perform the agreement and meet tax and accounting law. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect what was done before, or records the law requires us to keep.

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. A few providers process it for us:

• Vercel hosts the website and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
• Hostinger hosts our database and our email.
• Google provides Google Analytics.

Some of these providers may process data outside India under their own safeguards. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Client records, agreements and payment records are kept for as long as the agreement and Indian tax and accounting law require. After that we delete the data or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on; the website works either way. A sign-in cookie is used only by our own team in the admin area.

You can ask for a summary of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to delete it, withdraw consent and nominate someone to act for you. Write to connect@unsignedlabs.in from the address you used with us, or tell us how to verify it is you. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

The website uses HTTPS, and access to enquiries and client records is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
