Questions we are asked

Can you work with the devices we already have?

Yes, if the device can send data over a standard protocol such as MQTT or HTTP, or through a gateway. We review the hardware and its documentation in the first stage.

How many devices can the platform handle?

It is designed for the number you expect, with room to grow: message queues and time-series storage that scale from a few devices to many thousands.

How is device data kept secure?

Each device has its own credentials, connections are encrypted, and access to dashboards is role-based. We review the set-up with you before devices go into the field.
