The portal stores your registered sender IDs and templates and sends them with each message, as operators require. The DLT registration itself is done in your organisation's name.

Can our existing software send messages through it?

Yes. An HTTP API lets any application send messages and check delivery status.

Which SMS provider does it use?

It connects to the operator or aggregator you choose. It can also route across more than one for reliability.
